Cancellation Policy

Kids Painting Party – Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to secure your party date. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 3 days before the event. Last-minute bookings within 3 days of the event must be paid in full immediately. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the event will not be refunded. 3. Guest Policy This package is for up to 15 children. Extra charges apply for additional kids. The final guest count must be confirmed at least 3 days before the party. All children must be between the ages of 3–12 years, unless otherwise agreed. 4. Supervision & Safety At least two adults (18+) must be present during the entire event. We are not a childcare service. Parents/guardians are responsible for managing children’s behavior. Painting materials are non-toxic and kid-friendly, but Wishes is not liable for any allergic reactions or injuries during the event. 5. Setup & Venue Requirements We arrive 30–60 minutes before the party to set up. If hosted at your location, please provide: Sufficient space (tables & chairs) Access to water and electricity A clean, shaded, or covered area (for outdoor events) 6. Decor & Clean-Up Basic decoration is included depending on the package. Custom themes must be requested at least two weeks in advance. We clean up our materials, but we are not responsible for deep cleaning after the party. Please avoid placing materials on carpeted or delicate surfaces unless protected. 7. Weather (Outdoor Events Only) A backup indoor space must be available in case of bad weather. If no alternative is provided and weather prevents setup, the party will be cancelled without refund. 8. Damage & Liability We are not responsible for damage to property or belongings caused by children during the event. Clients are responsible for any major damage to our equipment or materials. 9. Photos & Social Media We may take photos during the event for our portfolio or social media. Let us know in advance if you do not want any photos taken of the children. 10. Late Start or Time Extension Events start at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may reduce painting time. Extra time will be charged per hour if the party goes beyond the agreed end time.
