Join us for a relaxing paint and sip event at your chosen location. Enjoy a guided painting session with a glass of your favorite beverage and unleash your creativity.










Cancellation Policy
Brushes & Bubbly Terms & Conditions Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 50 % is required to secure your date. Full payment must be completed at least 3 days before the event. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be possible based on availability. Minimum & Maximum Guests This package is designed for a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 24 guests. Please confirm the final guest count at least 3 days in advance. Arrival Time & Setup Please ensure guests arrive on time. We will arrive 1–2 hours before the event to set up. Extra charges may apply for delays caused by the client. Venue Requirements If hosted at your location, please provide a suitable space with tables, chairs, and access to electricity and water. We’ll bring all the painting materials and decorations. Alcohol Notice Bubbly is only served to guests 18+ with a valid ID. Please drink responsibly. Photos & Promotion Photos may be taken during the event for social media and promotional purposes. Let us know in advance if you or your guests prefer not to be photographed. Weather & Outdoor Events For outdoor events, please have a backup indoor space in case of rain or strong winds. We are not responsible for cancellations due to weather unless the backup plan is agreed upon in advance. Damage & Liability The client is responsible for any significant damage to equipment or decor caused by guests. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or allergic reactions during the event. Travel Fees Events outside of our service area may include a travel fee. This will be discussed during the booking process. Customizations Any custom theme, decor, or requests (e.g., playlist, colors, or personalized items) must be confirmed at least two weeks before the event and may include additional fees. Time Extension The event is booked for a set number of hours. Extra time will be charged per hour if the event goes over the agreed schedule. No-Show Policy If a guest does not show up, no refund will be issued for their spot. Final payment is based on the confirmed guest count. Health & Safety All materials provided are non-toxic. Please inform us of any health concerns or allergies before the event.
