This welcome board is made from high-quality PVC. While it can handle light rain or mild outdoor conditions, it must NOT be exposed to heavy rain, storms, or strong winds, as the PVC can bend, warp, or crack.

Decorative elements such as flowers and stickers are weather-friendly, but the board itself still requires protection from harsh conditions.

For outdoor use, the client is responsible for placing the board in a safe, stable, and protected area to avoid damage.

Clean with a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use liquids, chemicals, or abrasive materials.

The board must be returned in its original condition. Any bending, cracks, deep scratches, or structural damage will result in a repair or replacement fee.

The rental includes the sign board only unless additional décor or lettering is added as a paid upgrade.
